The Canadian Association of Communicators in Education is looking forward to making a return to Regina, Saskatchewan for the 2025 National CACE Conference from October 17 to 19, 2025.

Each year, the National CACE Conference offers the best professional development for Canadian communicators in education. This year’s conference will deliver a line-up of inspiring keynotes and breakout sessions in all facets of school communication, public relations, marketing and public engagement.

For CACE members, the early bird registration price is available until June 12, 2025.

What’s included?

A full conference registration will include access to all three days of programming, lunch during the Annual General Meeting and a ticket to the BRAVO! Awards Gala and Dinner, presented by SchoolBundle.

CACEcon Scholarship

The Canadian Association of Communicators in Education has introduced a scholarship to elevate education communication professionals in Canada. Open exclusively to CACE members, the CACEcon Scholarship will provide an unparalleled chance to network, learn, and grow at the national CACE conference.

The Scholarship Committee will review and evaluate applications based on how the scholarship will best benefit the applicant and school district and how it aligns with CACE’s mission, vision and values. Priority will be given to applicants who have never attended a national CACE conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

The 2025 CACE Conference cancellation fee is $200 for cancellations received by August 14; $300 for cancellations from August 15 through to September 15. After September 15, there will be no refunds. Substitutions from the same school district or organization will be accepted in writing without penalty. CACE reserves the right to amend the program. If CACE is forced to cancel the event, CACE is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other expenses incurred by registrants.
